The AlQadsiah Festival during Khobar Season 2025 was a major community event, featuring a concert stage and activities for families and fans. For the second time, our task was to deliver the grand finale for AlQadsiah FC: a large-scale 1,800 drone light show.
Even with the programmed spectacles, the unforeseen can happen. Despite weather forecasts, a heavy rain hit the event. To protect the client’s investment, we had to postpone the show just before launch.
We were asked to reschedule for the following day. With coordinated effort, we cleaned and dried wet drones overnight, then tested the entire fleet. The next evening the show ran successfully, reconnecting the people of Khobar with their heritage and club spirit.
This drone show in Saudi Arabia proves ー force majeure happens, but we handle it with the utmost flexibility. We adapt with quick actions, and find creative solutions to ensure every show is delivered.
